Invisible Search Process

1.Defining Specification: We will work with the Client to understand the specification, compensation and key information of the role to be searched.

2.Identifying Candidates: Accessing our proprietary databases and our network, we will identify target sources and candidates. The candidates are screened and the profiles are presented to Client for selection.

3.Interviewing Candidates: We will facilitate the Client in setting up the appointments for interviews, and obtain feedback from both the Client and Candidate up to the final selection.

4.Selection & Offer: We will assist in the negotiation of salary and benifits, conduct reference checks where necessary, and ensure the smooth completion of placement for both Client and Candidate.
