Ya Kun is the largest home grown chain of Asian coffees with its HQ in Singapore. To date, it has operations in Singapore, Indonesia, S.Korea and Taiwan.

1. Customised Research : We worked with Ya Kun to devise the research approach to understanding its Competition and Service Standards. The result is critical intelligence acquired that helped in its very successful growth strategy in Singapore, Taiwan, Korea and indonesia.

2. Service Training: We helped Ya Kun define its service standards and subsequently created a training format for its service staff.
